When will I receive my Pitas?
Within mainland US, your Pitas should arrive within 5-7 business days. During promotional periods, delivery times may be delayed due to high demand.
Can I modify my order?
At Pitas, we process orders automatically and almost immediately, so in most cases we cannot make changes to orders. You are more than welcome to contact our Customer Service through the Contact Us page or send an email to hello@thepitas.com and we will do our best to attend to your request. During periods of high demand, such as Black Friday or Christmas, we will not be able to make any modifications to your orders. It is important that you check the shipping address before finalizing your order since we are not responsible for address errors once the package has left our warehouses.
Are you planning on having more collections?
Yes! Since we are newly launching in the US, we will slowly be making more of our most trending styles available.
How do I clean my Pitas?
Aside from the insoles, our Pitas are machine washable in a short, cold cycle or delicate cycle. Dry them in the shade and avoid direct sunlight. We recommend placing newspaper inside the shoes to absorb the moisture and help retain their shape. Please note that due to the washed cotton canvas material, some fading may occur during the washing process.
